The Shiftwork: How To Cope® Train-The-Trainer Program is a knowledge-transfer course for a Company's Shiftwork Training & Coaching Team. This two-day course provides in-depth content knowledge and effective training techniques for internal trainers to use in presentations of the Shiftwork: How To Cope® Advanced Program at their worksite.
Expand Shiftwork Knowledge
The Train-The-Trainer Program focuses on practical and scientific explanations of key shiftwork concepts such as:
shiftwork readiness
human circadian rhythm system
internal desynchronization
circadian re-entrainment
sleep deprivation
microsleep
digestive disorders
shiftwork nutrition and eating patterns
shiftwork fatigue
on-shift alertness
Summaries of critical shiftwork research and a comprehensive bibliography also are included in the Trainer's Resource Manual, which each Program participant receives.
Build Internal Capacity for Shiftwork Education
Participation in this Program enables Company trainers (including both professional and peer trainers) to develop specialized expertise, so they can identify and assist employees with shiftwork adjustment problems. Moreover, the certified training of your Shiftwork Training Team builds the internal capacity of your round-the-clock work organization, so you are equipped to continuously improve your employees' shiftwork readiness.
Only on-site, customized seminars are available for this valuable training service. One-day versions of this course are available if the Shiftwork Training Team consists of professional trainers and/or occupational health specialists.
